In an interview given yesterday to Fun Radio, David Guetta has revealed his intention to open a new chapter in his musical career, with a focus on original creation.
After exploring a style largely based on samples, the French DJ aspires to return to new tracks, in line with his iconic hits like Titaniumet She Wolf. During his interview, the star also spoke of his desire to integrate orchestral arrangements and string sections to compose what he describes as "great music".
Since the release of his hit I'm good in 2022, which has accumulated more than 2 billion listens, David Guetta has joined a musical dynamic largely centered on sampling. Fully assuming this artistic choice, he has revisited many classics to adapt them to current trends and give them a second youth.
Among his notable reinterpretations, we find I Don't Wanna Wait, inspired by Dragostea Din Tei from O-Zone, Forever Young, revisiting the famous title of Alphaville, as well as Feeling good, in collaboration with Hypaton, a modernized cover of Nina Simone's iconic version.
