Thursday morning, around 9:30 a.m., Neuilly-sur-Seine awoke to a sudden, violent shock. A 51-year-old man had been shot on Boulevard Victor Hugo, in the middle of the street. Hit in the head, he was taken to the hospital by emergency services; his condition was critical, and he died shortly afterward.
