Private recording: Anouchka Delon receives a minor sentence from her brothers Anthony and Alain-Fabien

Anthony Delon and Alain-Fabien Delon were convicted on Wednesday by the Paris Criminal Court in the case of the private recording leaked on Instagram that targeted their sister, Anouchka Delon. The two sons of Alain Delon each received a suspended fine of €1,000 for recording or publishing a private conversation between Anouchka Delon and their father.

5,000 euros to be paid to Anouchka Delon

The court also ordered the two brothers to pay damages to their sister. Anthony Delon will have to pay her 2,000 euros. Alain-Fabien Delon will have to pay her 3,000 euros. In total, Anouchka Delon will therefore receive 5,000 euros in damages as recognized by the court.

The record will need to be deleted

Anthony Delon must also remove, within fifteen days, the recording published on his Instagram account. The audio was recorded by Alain-Fabien Delon without Anouchka's knowledge on January 5, 2024, at the family property in Douchy, Loiret.

A private conversation with Alain Delon

At the heart of the matter: an exchange between Anouchka Delon and her father, Alain Delon, at a time when family tensions surrounding the actor's health were already running high. In this conversation, Anouchka Delon addressed the accusations against her and the rumors circulating about her father's condition. Alain Delon died on August 18, 2024, at the age of 88.

Anouchka was demanding much more

In her complaint, Anouchka Delon sought €65,000 in damages from Alain-Fabien Delon and €50,000 from Anthony Delon for "use, storage, or disclosure of a document or recording obtained through an invasion of another person's privacy." The court upheld a criminal conviction and awarded significantly less damages than the amounts claimed.

Another legal case in the Delon clan

The family atmosphere is marked by several legal proceedings surrounding Alain Delon's estate. Since the actor's health deteriorated, his three children, Anthony, Anouchka, and Alain-Fabien, have been publicly and legally clashing over several issues related to his family, his health, and then his inheritance.
