Carole Delga will be one of the main political guests this morning. The Socialist president of the Occitanie region will be a guest this Sunday at 11:25 a.m. on "Dimanche en politique" (Sunday in Politics), as she now plays an active role in Raphaël Glucksmann 's presidential campaign.
The regional leader has clearly sided with Raphaël Glucksmann in the battle for the PS-Place publique primary.
She has also opposed a change to the voting rules in recent days that would have allowed François Ruffin to enter the race. According to Carole Delga, Socialist Party members voted for a specific area of the electoral roll, and this must be respected.
Ruffin at the heart of the tensions
The issue has become one of the main points of contention within the Socialist Party . Olivier Faure has expressed support for expansion, while several Socialist leaders refuse to change the rules after their adoption.
Carole Delga had notably stated that "this democratic vote by the activists cannot be dismissed".
His interview this Sunday will therefore be particularly followed on the primary, Raphaël Glucksmann, François Ruffin but also on the strategy to adopt in the face of Jean-Luc Mélenchon , who is conducting his own presidential campaign.
