This Sunday evening, Entrevue will be providing live coverage of the municipal elections. Throughout the evening, we will be publishing the results as they come in from cities across France.
In Saint-Brieuc, 30-year-old Victor Bonnot of the Horizons party won with 44,56% of the vote, defeating incumbent mayor Hervé Guihard (40,29%), in a four-way race. The candidates from La France Insoumise (LFI) and the nationalist right remained below 8%. This victory marks a shift to the right for the largest city in the Côtes-d'Armor department, which had been governed by the left since 2020 after nearly two decades of center-right administration.
