The Bogart group is negotiating the acquisition of Marionnaud from its Hong Kong owner.

The Marionnaud perfume chain could soon change hands. The Hong Kong-based conglomerate CK Hutchison has announced it has entered into discussions regarding a sale to David Konckier, the main shareholder of the French Bogart group.

CK Hutchison indicates that it has initiated the information and consultation procedures required for this proposed change of shareholder. For its part, the Bogart group specifies that this initiative is being undertaken personally by David Konckier and is part of an exclusive negotiation process.

A network of 700 stores in Europe

In France, Marionnaud generated approximately €536 million in revenue in 2024 and operates 377 stores. Across Europe, the brand has nearly 700 stores, making it one of the leading players in the selective perfumery market.

Throughout the discussions, CK Hutchison assures that Marionnaud's operations will continue as normal. The group specifies that no changes are planned to the company's day-to-day operations until the negotiations are concluded.
