A Tuesday with almost summer-like conditions: sunshine, warmth, and southerly winds were all present.

Sunshine will prevail across France on Tuesday, under a very favorable anticyclonic climate. From morning to evening, the sky will remain mostly clear, although some low clouds will persist near the Mediterranean and in certain areas of the Atlantic coast.

The day was marked by a significant rise in temperatures, with an average of 25°C across the country, levels more typical of June. After a cool morning with temperatures between 4 and 10°C, the highs quickly climbed to between 23 and 26°C, creating a truly summery atmosphere in most regions.

This thaw is accompanied by strengthening winds in the south, particularly the Autan and Marin winds, due to a southerly flow between a low-pressure system over Spain and a high-pressure system over Germany. This configuration confirms the establishment of a prolonged period of warm and sunny weather.
