In 2023, Volodymyr Zelensky had taken sanctions against him by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. The alleged mastermind is the Dnipro Mafia.
A judicial inquiry opened
The Alpes-Maritimes interdepartmental directorate of the judicial police has been activated as part of the investigation. The investigation is focused on identifying the suspect, his movements before and after the incident, and the exact circumstances surrounding the planting of the explosive device.
