Grab acquires AI robotics company Infermove to strengthen its delivery capabilities

The group Grab Holdings, based at Singaporeannounced the acquisition of Infermove, a Chinese company specializing in robotic solutions based on artificial intelligence. The operation aims to improve the first and last mile delivery capabilities of the Southeast Asian tech giant.

According to Grab, this acquisition is part of its strategy to bridge the gap between the online and offline worlds, focusing on more efficient and intelligent technologies. The group explains that it sees Infermove as an opportunity to develop and adapt these robotic solutions in Singapore, in order to complement its existing logistics services.
