In Issy-les-Moulineaux, incumbent mayor André Santini (UDI), in office since 1980, won a decisive victory in the first round with 44,6% of the vote. Despite this clear lead, the mayor of the Hauts-de-Seine department will have to go to a second round to try and secure another term at the head of the municipality he has led for more than four decades.
