This Friday, during his appearance on Buzz TV on Figaro, Hugo manos announced his separation with Laurent Ruquier, after a seven-year relationship.
The former columnist of TPMP! said : "We are no longer a couple.", specifying that the break-up dates back to "several weeks". He added : “That's life, that's how it is. The most beautiful things sometimes come to an end.”
A breakup on good terms
Despite this separation, Hugo Manos clarified that the two former partners remained on good terms: "The only thing I can tell you is that everything is going very well. We're on very good terms. He's an extraordinary person. He's still proving it to me today, post-separation. So everything is fine."
The two men will now share custody of their two-year-old Labrador, Tigane, demonstrating their desire to maintain a cordial relationship. Hugo Manos stated: "A breakup is never 'hooray, boom.' But we're two people who love each other very much. We have a lot of affection for each other. It's going very well."
A relationship that began in 2018
While they met in 2018 via social media, Laurent Ruquier and Hugo Manos made their relationship official in 2022. They recently participated together in the third season of the show The Traitors on M6, which they also won.
