Jordan Bardella already sees himself as Marine Le Pen's Prime Minister

Jordan Bardella confirmed this Saturday that he would campaign alongside Marine Le Pen for the 2027 presidential election, with a division of roles now clearly assumed: she as candidate for the Elysée, he as contender for Matignon.

During a visit to the Châlons-en-Champagne Fair for his political comeback, the president of the National Rally asserted that he felt no bitterness at not being a presidential candidate himself. "Today, it falls to Marine Le Pen to shoulder the responsibility for France's recovery," he declared, promising to dedicate "all his energy" to her victory.

"I will be there no matter what."

Jordan Bardella primarily confirmed that the two RN leaders would "campaign side by side." "Marine as a candidate for President of the Republic and myself as a candidate for Prime Minister," he specified, thus giving an institutional dimension to the tandem they want to present to voters.

While Jordan Bardella could have become the RN candidate if Marine Le Pen had been prevented from running, the party president now wants to project total unity. "To all the French people, I would say that I will be there no matter what," he declared, presenting 2027 as a joint campaign to win both the Élysée Palace and Matignon.
