The Paris prosecutor's office is now investigating more than 100 childcare facilities in the capital following a surge in reports of physical, psychological, and sexual abuse in after-school programs. According to Paris prosecutor Laure Beccuau, 84 preschools, around 20 elementary schools, and about 10 daycare centers are currently involved.
