Steevy, who had participated in the first season of Loft Story In a 2001 interview on M6, he shared a particularly moving tribute to Loana, reflecting on their shared history, their meteoric rise to fame, and the lasting memories they created together. In his message, he recalled the dreams they fulfilled together, the prestigious fashion shows, the trips, and the photo shoots, but also the more personal struggles Loana faced over the years.

“My dear Loana,
Your sudden departure leaves me speechless, my throat tight, and my eyes filled with tears. It touches me deeply. You are a part of me, and I am a part of you.
We shared such an extraordinary adventure with Loft Story: from anonymity to fame, fulfilling our wildest dreams. Walking the runway together for Jean Paul Gaultier, we were blown away! Remember? We couldn't believe it… Haha!
You traveled the world for photo shoots, for the biggest magazines, alongside the greatest photographers. You were a star.
Looking back on it all today, we can say that we lived a fairy tale.
A life we never dared to imagine. An intense waking dream.
And then, I saw you fall, get back up, fight, struggle, give in… You gave everything, right to the end.
Time stands still now. I leave you to join the heavens. My heart, however, remains heavy, forever marked by you.
