Loana's death: the theory of an accidental fall backwards is gaining traction

Initial findings in the investigation into Loana's death point to a fall backward. According to the Nice prosecutor's office, a wound to the back of her skull and bruising in her lower back were found on the body of the former reality TV star. Loft Storyfound dead at her home in Nice this Wednesday. 

The Nice prosecutor also stated that the death likely occurred several days before the body was discovered. At this stage, the prosecutor's office indicated that there was no evidence to suggest third-party involvement. Emergency services were alerted by a neighbor concerned about not having seen Loana for several days. Firefighters entered the apartment, which was locked from the inside, and found her deceased body. 

The apartment was sealed off and the body transported to the forensic institute for an autopsy. Simultaneously, toxicological and histopathological analyses were ordered to determine the precise cause of death and to look for any possible pathologies. 

Revealed to the general public in 2001 by Loft StoriesHaving won the first season of the show, Loana had become one of the most recognizable faces in French reality television. Her death has sparked widespread grief, while the investigation continues to confirm the exact circumstances of her passing.
