Two days after the funeral of Brigitte Bardot, her husband Bernard d'Ormale suffered a health scare in Saint-Tropezrequiring emergency services intervention and transport to a hospital for further examination.

This incident occurred last Friday while the octogenarian was taking a walk along the coastal path near La Garrigue, an area closely linked to the habits of the actress and activist. He reportedly felt suddenly unwell while climbing a slope. Fortunately, members of the Brigitte Bardot Foundation who were present that day were able to assist him, help him lie down, and wait for emergency services to arrive.

Firefighters then took charge of Bernard d'Ormale before transporting him to a specialized hospital, where he underwent a series of tests related to his health and remained under observation overnight. The following day, he was able to return to his home in Saint-Tropez. Witnesses suggest accumulated fatigue, sleepless nights, and a minor heart arrhythmia as contributing factors to his collapse, but his life was not believed to be in danger.

A period of mourning

Brigitte Bardot's funeral was held on January 7th in Saint-Tropez, at the Notre-Dame de l'Assomption church, in the presence of family, friends, celebrities, and political figures, including Marine Le Pen.
