Ivan Wagner, a cosmonaut and special correspondent for TASS aboard the International Space Station, has submitted his master's thesis from space, according to a source in the Russian space corporation Roscosmos.

In a press release published by Roscosmos, it is stated: "On February 8, on the occasion of the Science Day in Russia, a master's thesis defense took place in space! Its topic: 'Improving the efficiency of the activities of public sector organizations and institutions through strengthening efforts to improve the personnel selection process'."

The cosmonaut also congratulated the scientific community and teachers on this special day. He said: "I would like to congratulate all members of the scientific community, those who tirelessly pursue the quest for knowledge, as well as teachers who passionately transmit the love of science to our entire society."
