Five investors have filed a lawsuit against Selena Gomez, accusing her of mismanagement of Wondermind Global, the mental health company she co-founded with her mother five years ago.
The American singer and actress finds herself at the center of a legal case initiated by five investors in Wondermind Global. They accuse Selena Gomez of a "complete failure to perform her duties," which allegedly plunged the company into serious financial difficulties.
The lawsuit seeks to recover $1,2 million (approximately £890,000) that the plaintiffs claim to have invested in the company, plus claims for damages and reimbursement of legal costs.
Wondermind Global was launched five years ago by Selena Gomez and her mother. The company did not respond to requests for comment sent to its representatives.
