According to Mediapart, the television presenter accuses the singer of acts dating back to the early 1990s, when she was a teenager. Flavie Flament claims to have met Patrick Bruel in December 1990, during a television program hosted by Laurent Boyer. At that time, the singer was enjoying immense popular success, at the height of "Bruelmania."

Flavie Flament uses very strong words. She claims that Patrick Bruel would have “looted [his] adolescence” She explains that she now wants to take her story to court. According to her testimony, she went to the singer's home after a shoot related to her work as a young model or television personality. She claims he offered her a drink before she lost consciousness. When she awoke, she says she realized she had just been sexually assaulted.

The complaint is now in the hands of the justice system.

Flavie Flament is now demanding that the allegations she is making be investigated by the courts. Her lawyer is requesting the appointment of an investigating judge so that an inquiry can be conducted. Patrick Bruel, for his part, firmly denies any sexual violence.
