Miss Alsace 2007 accuses Patrick Bruel: "He jumped on me, I was facing an animal, sweating on my brow."

This is a new piece of incriminating testimony against Patrick Bruel. Florima Treiber, Miss Alsace 2007, claims to have experienced a traumatic incident when the singer was president of the Miss France jury. She alleges she was assaulted during the pageant.

A year later, in 2008, their paths crossed again at the Molière Awards ceremony. After the event, Patrick Bruel reportedly suggested they go for a drink. Florima Treiber explains that she thought they would go to a bar. But, according to her, the evening took a completely different turn when she ended up at the singer's home.

“He jumped on me”

Florima Treiber claims that the situation then changed abruptly. According to her testimony, Patrick Bruel allegedly... “jumped on it”without immediately understanding what was happening. The former Miss Alsace describes a moment of shock, explaining that she wasn't able to push him away right away. She recounts finding herself paralyzed by a situation she says she hadn't anticipated.

“I was facing an animal, sweating on my brow.”, she asserts. She then describes events that she presents as amounting to rape.

A feeling of shame and betrayal

Florima Treiber says she kept this story to herself for a long time. Today, she says she feels “betrayed”, “dirty” She was ashamed to have believed that Patrick Bruel could help her career. She describes an unbalanced relationship between a young woman at the beginning of her media career and a very established figure in the entertainment world. She explains that she thought this meeting could represent a professional opportunity, before experiencing, in her opinion, a traumatic situation.

This testimony adds to other accusations.

Florima Treiber's story adds to that of many women, around thirty, who have already questioned Patrick Bruel's behavior.

Patrick Bruel disputes these accusations through his lawyers, Christophe Ingrain and Céline Lasek. They believe that some of the accounts are “sometimes contradictory or inconsistent” and assert that they will not withstand a genuine examination aimed at establishing the truth. The singer's defense acknowledges that Patrick Bruel “may have often tried to seduce”but maintains that he has always respected refusals. “When he was told no, he never went ahead.”his lawyers claim.

At this stage, Patrick Bruel benefits from the presumption of innocence.
