This procedure followed a report filed by André Ohanian in March, which was then supplemented in May. During this initial investigation, Adriana Karembeu's lawyers indicated that the case had been dismissed due to a lack of evidence to substantiate all the accusations.

The tensions center in particular on the child's alleged exposure to sexually explicit content via digital devices. The allegations involve an iPad that remained synchronized with a parent's device, or another adult's phone that the child is said to have played with. She also emphasizes that the child usually resides in Marrakech with her father, where she attends school.
