Adriana Karembeu and Marc Lavoine file four complaints against Aram Ohanian, husband of the former model

The conflict between Adriana Karembeu, her partner Marc Lavoine, and Aram Ohanian, the former model's husband, has now taken a new legal turn. Four complaints have been filed in three different countries, amidst a family feud, tensions surrounding their daughter, private data, and a troubling case of intrusion into the singer's home.

A family matter that became a legal case

The private conflict has turned into a legal battle. Adriana Karembeu and Marc Lavoine have taken legal action on several occasions, with two complaints filed in France, one in Morocco and one in Monaco.

Two of them directly target Aram Ohanian. The charges mentioned are serious: corruption of minors, failure to fulfill parental obligations, breach of an automated data processing system, dissemination of computer data and breach of privacy.

Adriana Karembeu's daughter at the center of the case

The family aspect is one of the most sensitive. Aram Ohanian had previously alerted French authorities, claiming that their daughter had been exposed to an environment he considered unsuitable. He specifically mentioned sexually explicit content and a drug-related context. But at this stage, the investigation opened in Paris is reportedly only focused on parental neglect.

For their part, Adriana Karembeu and Marc Lavoine are clearly contesting the manner in which certain private elements were allegedly obtained, accessed, or disseminated. Part of the case reportedly concerns data from digital devices, possibly linked to a tablet used by the child and to personal content belonging to his mother.

An invasion of privacy

The digital aspect is central to the complaints. Accusations of tampering with an automated data processing system and disseminating computer data raise a specific question: were private contents accessed, used, or transmitted without authorization? It is on this ground that the case transcends a simple family dispute. It touches on privacy, the protection of personal data, and the boundary between parental oversight and intrusion into one's private sphere. Marc Lavoine is also implicated, particularly due to content or information that may pertain to his private life.

A disturbing intrusion at Marc Lavoine's

The case took an even more disturbing turn with the incident at Marc Lavoine's Paris home. A man allegedly broke into the singer's residence using keys that had reportedly been stolen earlier in Morocco from Adriana Karembeu. The suspect was then apprehended in the neighborhood. Investigators reportedly discovered a handgun and an old radio equipped with hidden cameras in his vehicle. The device bore a striking resemblance to a similar item already in Marc Lavoine's possession.

Police are investigating whether the aim was to replace the original device with a spy device to monitor the singer's home. The suspect was reportedly released after questioning.

Receiving stolen goods, possession of a weapon and participation in a criminal organization.

This aspect could explain other charges mentioned in the complaints, including receiving stolen goods, illegal possession of a firearm, and participation in a criminal organization. The hypothesis under consideration appears to be that of a more organized operation than a simple isolated break-in. The stolen keys, the entry into the home, the recovered weapon, and the camera equipment present a set of elements serious enough to fuel the couple's concerns.
