France welcomes today, at the invitation of the President Emmanuel Macron, delegations from about 30 countries with the aim of formulating ideas for supporting Ukraine and discussing the war situation and efforts to achieve peace. Kyiv's European allies are struggling to participate in the peace process after the United States began direct negotiations with Russia and Ukraine, without European participation.
