Accusations against Guillaume Pley: the founder of Legend counterattacks and files several defamation lawsuits

Guillaume Pley has decided to respond in court. Targeted by several investigations alleging sexual exchanges with underage girls during his time at NRJ radio, the founder of the media outlet Legend has announced the filing of several defamation lawsuits against Les Inrockuptibles , Le Monde , and the YouTuber TPZ, according to BFM TV. His lawyer denounces the accusations as "serious and false" and asserts that evidence contradicting them had been provided to the media outlets in question.

Guillaume Pley's defense rests in particular on what it considers a crucial element: during his time on NRJ's open-mic program, several members of his team allegedly had access to his accounts, digital tools, and communication materials. His entourage has produced two written testimonies and asserts that technical investigations have identified at least four devices connected to the radio host's accounts, three of which used NRJ's IP address. A former manager cited by his entourage considers it "false" to claim that Guillaume Pley managed his social media accounts alone. Furthermore, some exchanges published by Le Monde reportedly took place while the host was on air, according to a close associate interviewed by BFM.

This version of events is nevertheless strongly contested by several former colleagues, who refuse to accept any responsibility. Julien Seeberger is considering legal action for public defamation, while Florent Le Gars maintains that the teams never had access to Guillaume Pley's private messages. The case is therefore entering a new phase: beyond the accusations published in recent days, the battle will now also focus on the authenticity, attribution, and context of the incriminating exchanges. Guillaume Pley, who denies the accusations against him, now intends to present his defense in court.
