Netflix is preparing a French adaptation of 100% Physique , the South Korean sports competition in which one hundred contestants with very different profiles compete in particularly demanding events. Tibo InShape, Estelle Mossely, Francis Ngannou, Cédric Doumbè, Hatik, Romane Dicko, and Benoît Paire are among the first participants announced.
100 candidates for a single victory
The platform officially announced the project with an initial video showcasing the candidates' torsos. Filming for 100% Physique: France has already begun. The competition will bring together one hundred participants and will determine the winner after a series of eliminations. The program is based on the concept of Physical: 100 , launched in South Korea in 2023. Athletes, combat sports specialists, military personnel, bodybuilders, and public figures face challenges based on strength, endurance, speed, agility, balance, and mental fortitude. Each participant has a plaster bust replicating their torso. When eliminated, they must destroy this statue with a sledgehammer. This ceremony accompanies each candidate's departure and is one of the most recognizable elements of the program.

Netflix has assembled several French and international combat sports stars. Francis Ngannou, former UFC heavyweight champion, will participate in the show. The Cameroonian will notably face Cédric Doumbè, former kickboxing world champion now competing in MMA. Boxer Estelle Mossely, Olympic champion in Rio in 2016, completes this group. Differences in size, discipline, and physical preparation will play a central role in the confrontations. Fighters will have an advantage in power and dueling challenges, but the format may also favor faster, more enduring, or lighter competitors.

Judo will be represented by Romane Dicko and Amandine Buchard. Accustomed to combat, explosive efforts, and grappling techniques, the two champions will be among the most experienced competitors in direct confrontations. Former handball player Luc Abalo will also participate in the competition. His explosiveness, jumping ability, and mobility will allow him to compete in events combining speed, coordination, and power. Sprinter Christophe Lemaitre will bring a profile focused on acceleration and short bursts of effort. Tennis player Benoît Paire is also among the announced candidates. His presence adds a discipline more based on endurance, repeated movements, coordination, and changes of direction.
Tibo InShape facing off against top athletes
Professional athletes won't be the only ones participating. Tibo InShape, known for his bodybuilding, sports, and physical training content, will attempt to complete the various challenges. Ragnar Le Breton, IbraTV, LeBouseuh, Henry Tran, Brawks, DaEtienne, Alexis Landot, and Léo Primal have also been announced. These content creators have diverse profiles, ranging from bodybuilding and combat sports to physical challenges, parkour, and functional training. Their participation will pit personalities accustomed to gyms and filmed challenges against champions with years of experience competing at the highest level. Netflix has only revealed a portion of the one hundred contestants planned for this first French edition.
Hatik, Bosh and Jean Gab'1 in the arena
Several artists will also join the competition. Rappers Hatik and Bosh will participate alongside Jean Gab'1, an actor, rapper, and longtime bodybuilder. The lineup will thus include Olympic champions, professional fighters, former international competitors, artists, and internet personalities. All will be subject to the same rules, without weight categories or systematic separation between men and women, in keeping with the original format.
