Montauban municipal elections: Didier Lallemand wins with 37,8%

In Montauban, UDR-RN candidate Didier Lallemand won the mayoral election with 37,8% of the vote, ahead of Socialist Arnaud Hillion (34,4%) and Thierry Deville (LR) with 27,8%. In a close three-way race, he won without an absolute majority but benefited from the majority bonus to lead the municipality. He succeeds Brigitte Barèges, a long-standing figure in the city, who was elected in 2020 under the LR banner before joining Éric Ciotti's camp mid-term.
