Lyon municipal elections: Grégory Doucet claims victory

In Lyon, according to initial Ifop-Fiducial estimates, the incumbent Green mayor, Grégory Doucet, is projected to win the second round with 50,4% of the vote, ahead of Jean-Michel Aulas (independent centrist), who is credited with 49,6%. Having already come out on top in the first round, Doucet appears poised to retain his position and secure another term as mayor of the capital of the Gauls.
