Brest municipal elections: Stéphane Roudaut declared the winner against incumbent mayor François Cuillandre

In Brest, Finistère, initial results indicate Stéphane Roudaut has won against the incumbent Socialist mayor, François Cuillandre. Having come out on top in the first round with approximately 30% of the vote, the independent right-wing candidate had taken the lead over the incumbent mayor, who garnered around 23,8%, in an election marked by significant fragmentation within the left.
