A 44-year-old man was arrested on Sunday after a young woman was stabbed to death in the Hayes area of west London. A second man, in his twenties, was also injured in the incident.
Police were called to a property on Uxbridge Road in Hayes on Sunday morning. Upon arrival, they discovered a 24-year-old woman with stab wounds. Despite the efforts of paramedics, she did not survive.
A man in his twenties was found outside the building, also suffering from stab wounds. His condition remained uncertain at this time, with police awaiting an update.
A 44-year-old suspect has been taken into custody on suspicion of murder. The investigation is ongoing.
