The increasing involvement of European partners comes as the war between the United States and Israel against Iran enters a phase of high intensity, with strikes and reprisals now affecting several countries in the region.

In this context, Washington is seeking to consolidate an international front of support, while several Western countries and regional allies are assessing how they can contribute to the security of states exposed to Iranian attacks.
