France will experience another summer-like day this Monday with sunshine prevailing across most regions. Only a few clouds will drift between Brittany and Hauts-de-France, with a slight risk of showers near the English Channel coast. On the Basque coast, some low clouds may temporarily veil the sky, while an isolated shower is possible in some mountain ranges at the end of the day.

The sun will shine brightly across most of the country, particularly in the west, southwest, and along the Mediterranean coast. Conditions will therefore remain ideal for outdoor activities, although caution is advised due to rising temperatures.

Temperatures will reach highs of 35°C in the west and south.

Temperatures will remain exceptionally high for this time of year. In the afternoon, highs will frequently reach 30 to 35°C in the west and south of the country. Nantes and Nîmes could see temperatures reach up to 35°C under a blazing sun.

The heat will be slightly less intense in eastern France, where temperatures will generally range between 22 and 28°C. Despite this relative coolness, the atmosphere will remain summery everywhere, with dry and mostly sunny weather across the entire country.
