The situation is all the more unusual as it's the first three-way battle for the title since 2010. Lando Norris, leading the standings with 408 points, currently holds the advantage: a podium finish would be enough to secure the championship. But Max Verstappen, having made a remarkable comeback after several months out of contention, hasn't given up: his victory at the last Grand Prix (in Qatar) has given him a second chance, a resurgence that has completely reignited the competition.
