Paris: Man kills his brother with a knife in a context of psychiatric problems

A 25-year-old man fatally wounded his 21-year-old brother Thursday evening in an apartment in Paris's 14th arrondissement. The incident occurred at the family home, in front of their mother, who alerted emergency services.
