Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez expressed his gratitude to Layan Al Quqa, a young artist living in Gaza, after she created a mural celebrating the friendship between Spain and Palestine.

Pedro Sánchez made a point of personally acknowledging the gesture of Layan Al Quqa, a Gazan artist who painted a mural in homage to the ties between Spain and Palestine. The Spanish Prime Minister addressed him directly: "We hear you, we see you, we love you, and we have not forgotten you."

The mural created by the young woman depicts the Spanish Prime Minister in a context symbolizing solidarity between the two peoples. This artistic gesture comes at a time when Spain has distinguished itself in recent years by its stances in support of the Palestinian cause.
