Easter weekend: a spring-like Saturday in the south, greyer in the north

The Easter weekend begins with mixed weather in France, but temperatures are rising significantly. Starting this Saturday, the weather will feel decidedly spring-like across the southern half of the country, where sunshine will prevail from the southwest to the Mediterranean coast. Temperatures will climb to 23-25°C in some areas, providing ideal conditions for enjoying the first outdoor activities of the season.

In the north, the sky is more unsettled. A weak disturbance is bringing numerous clouds and some drizzle, particularly north of the Seine. While not truly disrupted, the weather remains grayer and limits sunny spells, with a less bright atmosphere than in the south.

This day is also marked by a significant rise in temperatures across the country. The thermometer is up between 5 and 6°C compared to the previous day, making the morning milder and the afternoon particularly pleasant. A welcome thaw that sets the stage for a much better Easter weekend.
