SNCF is putting 100,000 TGV tickets on sale for 19 euros for August

SNCF is launching a flash sale of TGV Inoui tickets for the August 2026 holidays. From Tuesday, June 16th to Thursday, June 18th, 100,000 tickets will be offered at a reduced price. The rail company announced this promotion in a press release issued Tuesday morning. Travelers therefore have three days to book their summer trips at discounted prices.

Two price levels offered

Tickets are divided into two distinct fare categories. 67,000 seats are available in second class for €19. The remaining 33,000 tickets are for first class, priced at €29. These fares apply exclusively to travel during the month of August. SNCF is counting on this attractive offer to fill its trains during the summer season.

This initiative is just the first step in the state-owned company's commercial strategy. A second promotional offer is set to be unveiled on June 22nd. The company is thus ramping up its efforts to attract customers before the peak holiday season. Tickets at preferential rates remain subject to availability and the usual booking conditions.
