The captain of the ferry that sank off the coast of Northern Cyprus, along with his seven crew members, have been taken into custody. The announcement was made by Ünal Üstel, Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The tragedy has claimed at least eight lives.
